K-8 Technology Benchmarks
The Edison School District technology plan is to increase the integration of technology into the curriculum and to encourage students to become competent users of technology.
The list of benchmarks is not fixed. It is assumed that this list of benchmarks will provide a focus and will change as we refine our current use of technology and as new applications and technologies are developed.
Technology Skills Checklist
Each level is assessed by the following rubric.
0 = not taught
1 = Novice
2 = Apprentice (still developing the skill)
3 = Practitioner (mastered the skill)
4 = Expert (can teach others)
